Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We have the discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a defective product.

In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, please send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to help@ubump.co within 48 hours of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
